Be Happy, Kick Stress
We all face a situation in our life when we are stressed and confused about everything .This is not a new topic again. Everyone is stressed out there, someone is jobless (Like me π), someone had breakup /some one is single, someone is cashless (Like me π)/someone has so much to get the heat. This situation is really hard and it makes you irritated as well frustrated . You may feel anger , anxiety, clingy, shattered or disturbed and many more feelings at a time.
But but but here i'm going to tell you how to control your stress and I hope these things may help you:
1) Travel : This is one of the best thing you can do to reduce stress and it will make you happy i can bet of Rs.50 π. Travelling makes you more responsible and Ideate. I suggest you to travel alone this gives you time to understand yourself , observe and solve your problems. Travelling helps to enhance your observing power ,you get to know about different places , dishes, cultures, and people. It gives you break from your past life and makes you fearless.
2) Talk someone : Yeah! just find some one and talk to them . I found strangers are good to talk as they don't judge you . You can talk to anyone but most of all try talking to your parents or any of your friend (A big no for best friend - They always increase your problems ππ) . Your parents and friends are the best to guide ,they may tease you for sometime but will definitely help you out.
3) Music : We all know the benefits of music . Most of us craves for music in our everyday life (me too). When ever you are stressed try listening energetic music ,do some rock n roll on your beds . But, Yes this is temporary so, when ever you listen music don't think about any thing .

4) Stop Pretending : If you are stressed don't pretend you are not ,this will only lead you to depression. If you are stressed, you may heal faster but depression takes time to heal. First of all try to figure out if you are stressed or depressed. If you are stressed accept it and talk about it but if you are depressed ,this is serious so you should look for a doctor who can treat you well.
How to know if you are stressed or depressed :
→Stress is for days or weeks but, depression is for several weeks, years or longer if not treated. In both cases you feel low, irritated, helpless, anxiety and many more feelings at a time.
5) Do things you love : We all have some hobbies we love to do in our childhood but as we grow we skip and ignore those hobbies. In that ignorance we forget that those hobbies can give you peace of mind. If you all remember we all have that one period in our school time daily apart from studies where we were indulge in extra curricular activities like games, painting, crafting, gardening, meditation, exercise, etc... those were for the peace of mind to reduce our stress. Try those things again . Do some charity,visit NGO's or places where you can meet people and know them, head out to energize yourself or visit a children's park .
A child's smile can heal any stress and a horrible cry from same child can make you deaf, dumb all the way.ππ
